About PrismaX

Building the service layer for physical AI.

PrismaX is a San Francisco robotics data company that provides teleoperation and egocentric robot training data, and collects custom data to spec for teams building physical AI.

We were founded by Bayley Wang and Chyna Qu, and launched in June 2025 with an $11M round led by a16z CSX.

Who we are

Robots learn from experience. We produce it.

PrismaX has two parts. Robotics Data gives teams building physical AI a growing data bank of teleoperation and egocentric demonstrations, plus custom collection for requirements beyond the catalog. VLA Foundry is the software through which our network of owner-operators and reviewers captures those demonstrations and assesses their quality.

The work runs in a cycle: robots interact with the world, those interactions become data, and the data improves the models. We also train on the data we collect, and what we learn feeds back into our collection standards.

Since launching in June 2025 we have opened a remote teleoperation platform, joined NVIDIA Inception, opened data scoring to the public, and released Robotics Data to the first cohort of teams.
