VLA Foundry
Get paid to train robots.
VLA Foundry is the PrismaX contributor network: you earn by recording egocentric video of everyday tasks, or by running teleoperation sessions on your own robots.
The data you capture trains the models behind physical AI, and every episode is captured by someone getting paid to do it.

Egocentric data
Record everyday tasks.
For anyone with a camera · no robot required
- Record first-person video of ordinary hands-on work with a smartphone, action camera or AR/VR headset.
- Every clip that meets the Operator Intent standard earns.
- Egocentric collection opens in waves: join the waitlist to get a spot.
Teleoperation data
Put your robots to work.
For owner-operators with robots
- Run teleoperation sessions on your own hardware, on real tasks backed by real demand.
- Paid per valid session.
- Remote, on your own schedule.

Verify Quality
Score the data, earn Prisma Points.
Validators score robot training data in the Verify Quality tab, and every submission is a chance to score with consensus and earn Prisma Points. The 100 validators whose scores land closest to consensus become The First 100, the founding Data Quality Validators. It isn’t a fixed list: each month the bottom 25 percent rotate out and new validators rotate in.

FAQ
VLA Foundry questions
What is VLA Foundry?
VLA Foundry is the PrismaX contributor network: the software through which owner-operators capture robot training data and reviewers score its quality. Teams building physical AI train on the data, and contributors get paid for it.
How do I get paid to train robots?
Two ways. Record egocentric video of everyday tasks; every clip that meets the Operator Intent standard earns. Or run teleoperation sessions on your own robots; you are paid per valid session. Contributors have been paid more than $1M so far.
Do I need a robot?
No. Egocentric recording needs only a smartphone, an action camera or an AR/VR headset. Teleoperation needs your own robot.
What is the Operator Intent standard?
It is the quality bar egocentric clips must meet to earn. The full rules are in the PrismaX app.
Can I earn by reviewing data instead of recording it?
Yes. In Verify Quality, validators score robot training data. Scoring is open to Amplifier and Innovator members, and every submission is a chance to score with consensus and earn Prisma Points. The 100 validators whose scores land closest to consensus become The First 100, the founding Data Quality Validators; each month the bottom 25 percent rotate out and new validators rotate in.
Where do I apply and track my work?
In the PrismaX app at app.prismax.ai. Applications and detailed rules live there.
